"The Greatest Wealth is Health"
-Virgil
Hi, I’m Stephanie Bonelli.
I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with functional medicine training. More importantly, I’m someone who has lived with autoimmune disease myself.
For much of my early life I didn’t feel well. After years of navigating the conventional healthcare system with lupus and Lyme disease, I began to understand just how powerful everyday lifestyle factors could be. When I focused on nutrition, prioritized daily movement, protected my sleep, and made space for real connection and time in nature, my body started to respond. I wasn’t “cured,” but I began to thrive in a way I hadn’t before.
That experience changed the direction of my life and eventually led me into health coaching. I wanted to help others who feel stuck, exhausted, or overwhelmed by autoimmune conditions find practical, sustainable ways to feel better in their own bodies.
How I Work
At Funktional Health Coach, I partner with clients who want support around the lifestyle pieces that influence how they feel day to day. We focus on small, realistic changes in areas like:
-
Nutrition and eating patterns that support energy and reduce inflammation
-
Sleep and stress management
-
Movement that works with your body
-
Building routines that can flex when life (or symptoms) get unpredictable
I use a client-centered approach grounded in positive psychology and behavior change. We start where you are, build on your strengths, and create a plan that actually fits your life — not someone else’s ideal version of health.
My role is to be your thinking partner and accountability support while you continue working with your medical team. Coaching is complementary, not a replacement for medical care.

A Bit More About Me
When I’m not coaching, I’m still learning — about functional approaches to health, about what helps people stick with change, and about how to live well with an unpredictable body.
I believe healing isn’t always about big dramatic transformations. Often it’s about the quiet, consistent choices that slowly shift how you feel.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
